the artist

Born in Haiti, raised in Chicago, and currently based in Miami, Florida, Evens Saint Clair is an artist, designer, and creative visionary whose work transcends conventional boundaries between fine art and luxury fashion.

From an early age, Evens was drawn to the transformative power of artistic expression. His multicultural upbringing and global experiences have shaped a visual language that is both deeply personal and universally resonant. Whether through his signature Art Bags, expressive paintings, or intricately crafted fine jewelry, each creation reflects a profound attention to detail, storytelling, and emotional depth.

A combination of art and fashion

Evens’ work defies categorization, standing apart from any traditional artistic movement. As a true outsider artist, he channels intuition and lived experience rather than formal instruction or academic influence. His pieces often serve as reflections of his life journey—marked by cultural fusion, exploration, and a commitment to pushing aesthetic boundaries.

His collections have drawn the attention of a discerning audience, including collectors and high-net-worth individuals from around the world who are drawn to the rarity, originality, and soul embedded in each piece. For Evens Saint Clair, art is not just a visual experience—it is a living form of identity, memory, and imagination made tangible.

Social Impact and Humility

Evens Saint Clair’s meaningful relationship with various community villages in Africa is rooted in his commitment to giving back. Saint Clair actively contributes to community development by building schools, where he provides cement and rebar, while the community supplies the necessary sand and stones to construct these educational institutions.

He empowers women in these areas by teaching them farming techniques, enabling them to cultivate their lands and produce crops every four months.

Saint Clair’s commitment to community welfare extends to providing clean water access. He has drilled hundreds of water wells and installed filtration systems to ensure that local residents can safely use clean water for cooking, drinking, and various other purposes.

Furthermore, Saint Clair invests in building roads in the outskirts of these communities, ensuring safer and better access for the residents. Prior to these improvements, communities often relied on small, narrow forest lanes where dangerous snakes and leopards were commonly seen hunting.

A Word from Our Founder

Living in Guinea for over 12 years, I have seen how the people in the communities where our company works are becoming increasingly malnourished and seemingly more defeated by life itself. ESC’s vision is to transform that defeat into a win-win victory for both the communities we impact positively and for ESC. Together, we walk with our neighbors, helping them to understand that we are all created by the same God, and our purpose must always be to put others before ourselves and help each other.

We continue to cheer these communities on as we race towards a better life for all, and we celebrate alongside them as they succeed.

With the ESC agricultural assistant, defeat is turned into victory for these underprivileged communities.

An increase in crop production each 4-month cycle means greater food security, money to repair leaky roofs during the rainy season, and the ability to pay for their children’s education, as well as extra food to share with others in their communities, such as the elderly who are alone without any family members to care for them.

Food security helps communities to care for each other and to understand that love for each other and our neighbors brings the community together.

The once defeated faces now exhibit pride in their eyes and hold their heads up high.
